Regardless of the sample trial production or small batch trial production, the production cycle and quality are the concerns of buyers. After all, the earlier a new product can be put into the market, the earlier it will occupy the market. Therefore, rapid prototyping technology is particularly popular in the trial production stage of new products. Let's talk about the four sharp tools of rapid prototyping of industrial samples!
1. CNC processing and forming
The mainstream mode of industrial sample processing. Putai model is equipped with eight large precision CNC numerical control machine tools to ensure that customers' products can be machined in one day.
The surface of the product can be well treated: polishing, oil spraying, screen printing, electroplating, oxidation, wire drawing, etc., which can be comparable with the finished product (good fall resistance, high precision, surface treatment simulation degree of more than 99%).
CNC molding is a process with good strength for making handboards of machine casings.
The large processing size can reach 1100mm × 650mm × 470mm, which can largely meet the one-time processing requirements of large shell parts such as air conditioning display!
Features: large size, high strength, good toughness. The product processing speed is fast and the cost is low.
2. Laser reading
The principle of laser scanning is used to scan the workpiece point by point according to the structural characteristics of the workpiece. At the same time, the 3D drawing can be enlarged and reduced in equal proportion or in part with the help of computer to meet the needs of customers to develop ideas.
Features: high precision, follow the original, and fast efficiency!
3. 3D printing
3D printing, also known as SLA (Stereolithography) technology.
It is a photopolymerization principle based on liquid photosensitive resin. Use the laser beam to cure the product layer by layer, and finally realize the integrated molding of the product.
This process is suitable for making some special complicated parts such as dolls, toys, mobile phones or hand boards with many curved surfaces, with high precision and good strength.
4. Vacuum batch copying
Silicone mold is made under vacuum and poured with liquid material, which is low in cost and fast in speed, and can greatly reduce the development cost of the product. It is suitable for the preliminary development and trial production of some small batches.
The materials used include ABS, PU, transparent hard rubber, transparent soft rubber, colored soft rubber, etc. The materials with different hardness and colors can be adjusted at will to meet the different requirements of different products for materials.
