Shandong rapid prototyping personnel's analysis of the model, the grinding of the hand plate is an important process that the hand plate must go through in the manufacturing process. After the parts are processed on CNC machine tools, there will be many burrs and knife marks on their surfaces. During this period, the quality and effect of artificial polishing can be tested by some methods of ash spraying.
The hand plate of the model can be divided into shape and structure grinding. Here Jinan hand plate introduces the appearance of the hand plate required by color surface processing.
Ordinary handboards require surface treatment similar to products, so as to thoroughly check the appearance effect. When grinding, first use a thick sandpaper to grind it slightly. Before detailed grinding, the rough edge of the surface shall be removed.
According to the requirements, the surface of the hand board is grinded in different degrees. After one grinding, the surface roughness of the hand board is enlarged by spraying putty. So that the eye can see the defect. It is then possible to partially grade on a planned basis until one panel has finally completed the entire grinding process.
The grinding process of Jinan handdisc and our shared handdisc mainly has the following three functions:
1. 關(guān)于基材，主要是去除基材表面的毛刺和油灰;
1. For the base material, it is mainly to remove the burr and putty on the surface of the base material;
2. 至于刮膩?zhàn)拥耐庥^，一般外觀比較粗糙。要求通過砂光處理獲得相對平整的外觀，這樣的磨削效果可以降低工件表面的粗糙度;
2. The appearance of puttying is generally rough. It is required to obtain a relatively flat appearance through sanding, so that the grinding effect can reduce the surface roughness of the workpiece;
3. Enhance the adhesion of the coating. Before spraying the new paint film, it is generally necessary to polish the old paint film, because the adhesion of the coating on the excessively smooth appearance is poor, and the mechanical adhesion of the coating can be enhanced after polishing.
