During the entire process of turnover in many production processes, the appearance of the chassis is easily damaged. For example, the cold rolled sheet behind the laser sheet and the sheet cut by the fiber laser will be damaged during the entire process of falling from the automatic slicer, and the appearance after spraying will be damaged during the entire transportation process. How to ensure that the output of chassis casing products is complete and without any missing parts?

1、 A rubber pad can be placed at the back of the cutting machine according to its length. The rubber pad is tilted and fixed on both sides of the cutting machine, which reduces the surface damage and is not easily damaged; After the laser raw materials are formed, they should be placed on the laser raw material deposition iron frame.

2、 The price of the chassis is classified according to consumers and laser parts, and there is no need to throw it on the wooden floor of the production line to prevent scratches and scratches on the surface of the laser raw materials; After release, spray a portion of it onto waste paper boxes or rubber pads. In addition, in machine equipment, such as racks, coating treatment should be carried out nearby to avoid touching corners during the entire process of applying for towing or transportation.

3、 It is very important to clean the surface of industrial equipment in the manufacturing plant to prevent oil stains from corroding the machinery and equipment.

4、 In addition to adding lubricating grease to the production equipment of the chassis casing on time, the efficiency of the chassis is maintained sufficiently.

When we receive an order for a sheet metal chassis casing, we must have a comprehensive understanding, such as the user's requirements for the appearance, size, and purpose of the product. After understanding the user's needs for the product, we choose different processes based on the products of different users, and explain the precautions in the design drawings. Take the drawings to the engineering department for production process drawings. The craftsmen must inspect the drawings before they are completed by another employee. After the inspection is completed, they must sign and confirm before sending them to the workshop.

CNC cutting, the first piece of CNC cutting must undergo a full inspection, and the workpiece being cut (such as CNC punching and metal laser cutting machines) should be inspected, including dimensions, unfolding, etc. During mass production, all first article inspections must be qualified before mass production can proceed.

When bending, the bending direction and bending size should be confirmed for the first piece. After confirmation, mass production should begin. When changing operators or molds, a new inspection should be conducted. Finished products, welding or bending finished products shall be sampled and inspected according to the drawing requirements, and each size shall be confirmed during sampling inspection. At the same time, a full inspection of the appearance should be carried out, and any non-conforming products should be promptly adjusted and re inspected. Simultaneously fill out the inspection report form.

Surface treatment: Conduct a full inspection of the appearance of the surface treated product. Products that have not passed inspection shall not be shipped. The first piece requires an operator to apply for inspection, and the finished product also requires an operator to apply for inspection. After passing the inspection, the inspector can sign before entering the warehouse. If the operator does not apply for inspection, there will be no labor cost for this batch of products. Although the customer's order is urgent, there is no need to guarantee a high-quality and fast sheet metal processing concept.
