In the processing industry and hand plate proofing, sandblasting is a very common surface treatment process. In fact, many people do not know how to choose sandblasting in hand plate surface treatment. So let's have a brief introduction from Jinan Handboard Factory.

Sand blasting processing scope: metal rust removal, aluminum alloy sand blasting, glass sand blasting (fog surface effect), plastic sand blasting (deburring), acrylic sand blasting (fog surface effect), PC, PS surface treatment, resin surface treatment, casting workpiece sand blasting, zinc alloy sand blasting (rough surface), stainless steel material sand blasting, stone material sand blasting, metal paint removal, metal parts welding scar removal, shot blasting, and other accessories surface treatment.

Acrylic sand blasting: if the customer requires fog, glass sand is generally sprayed. If the requirement is higher, white corundum can be used. If it is not required to be foggy and transparent, glass beads must be selected. Sometimes a little glass sand will be added to the glass beads, so that the effect of spraying is a little transparent.

Stainless steel sandblasting: generally, you need to know what kind of stainless steel is, including polished surface alloy steel shot, brushed surface alloy steel, and fog surface of the original plate. If roughness is required, but there is no requirement for surface smoothness, you can choose brown corundum and white corundum. If there are special requirements and need to be smooth, you can choose glass beads and glass sand.

Die castings: generally, it is low alloy steel with burr removal. Generally, shot blasting machine can be used to remove low alloy steel. What is alloy steel? Cast steel shot and steel ball can be used. The surface of shot blasting object with steel ball and steel shot is less scratched, and the scratch is shallow and small. For removal of thick surface dirt, steel sand can be selected. Generally, the mixed use of steel ball and steel sand can be considered. If you want to make the aluminum parts sandblasted whiter, what is alloy steel, you should consider using stainless steel shot and steel wire cut shot with high cost. If you want to save costs, you should consider using cast steel ball and continuous steel shot in the ratio of 8:2. When sandblasting, the steel ball will be cleaned once every time you work, and more sandblasting can also achieve a whiter effect.
