Now the transportation is more convenient and there are more and more means of transportation. For example, with the improvement of living standards, the utilization rate of automobile is higher and higher. Now there are more and more automobile brands and styles, and the application of rapid prototyping in automobile industry is also increasing.
The function of rapid prototyping and the renewal of shell cannot be completed by hand model, because a newly developed product must first make a hand model to test the correctness of its structure and function. Under the lamp, we received the customer's need once. He needed to make a light truck, not a sample, but a small batch, so I chose vacuum in this process.
In this process, some friends don't know much about this process. Today, our little partner will explain the processing project for you in detail.
1、 Make the nozzle according to the customer's drawing, CNC machining or 3D printing process prototype.
Small batch processing
2、 The prototype is surrounded by the plate, the prototype is fixed, and the surrounding space needs to be established to ensure that the silica gel can completely cover and close the product. This side is to prepare the mold.

3、 Put the wooden box with the prototype into the vacuum forming machine, send the vacuum pump into the mold, and all products are covered.
Small batch processing
4、 Put the injection mold into the oven for baking to accelerate the solidification of the silicone mold.
Small batch processing
5、 Take out the prototype completely.
6、 According to the materials required for rapid prototyping products, vacuum feed and repeat the above operation for 1-5 times to produce some finished products again.
